Washington — The United States Mint will open sales for the 2019 American Gold Eagle one-ounce Uncirculated coin (product code 19EH) on June 13 at noon EDT.

This coin is a collector version of the Mint’s American Gold Eagle bullion coin. Struck at the United States Mint at West Point, the obverse (heads) features a version of Augustus Saint-Gaudens’ full-length figure of Liberty with flowing hair, holding a torch in her right hand and an olive branch in her left.
The reverse (tails) features a male eagle carrying an olive branch flying above a nest containing a female eagle and eaglets.
Each encapsulated coin arrives in a burgundy presentation case and is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
Pricing for the 2019 American Gold Eagle one-ounce Uncirculated coin is determined according to the range in which it appears on the Mint’s “Pricing of Numismatic Gold, Commemorative Gold, Platinum, and Palladium Products” table. Current pricing information is available here.

Mintage for the 2019 American Gold Eagle one-ounce Uncirculated coin is limited to 10,000 units. There is a one unit per household order limit enforced at the time of product launch for the first 24 hours.
