The following are the complete set of proposed designs that were sent to the Citizens Coinage Advisory Committee (CCAC) to review for the 2019 American Legion coins during their Tuesday, March 13 meeting. Let us know which designs you would choose for each coin face and denomination in the comments below!

Great subject matter for a US coin….I look forward to their release and I’ll be buying several of each type coin.

Lots of good designs but my favorites are:

Gold $5:
Obverse: 5
Reverse: 1

Silver Dollar $1:
Obverse: 3, 5
Reverse: 7

Half Dollar clad:
Obverse: 5
Reverse: 4

Special mention design: AL-S-R-04
This American Eagle is really nice. This should be a design candidate for the new American Silver Eagle reverse which is long, long, long overdue for a design revision.
