U.S. Mint Posts 2016 Product Schedule

The U.S. Mint has posted its schedule for 2016 product releases. Though it’s not yet complete and will no doubt be subject to various adjustments in the coming months, it does provide a good sense of what we can look forward to over the course of the coming year. The chart below first appeared on Mint News Blog and provides specific release dates for many issues, while grouping those that have yet to be scheduled under the heading, “To Be Determined.”

The Mint will be off and running in January with releases that include the 2016 America the Beautiful Proof and Silver Proof Sets, Mark Twain gold and silver commemorative coins, and Native American dollar products. The National Park Service commemoratives have been slated for March, but we’ll have a wait a little longer to find out when the gold reissues of 2016’s classic designs will debut.
