<description>I would like to know why and how the PNG continues to endorse NGC as NGC clearly admits that it accepts and grades such altered coins through a binding contract with NCS (Numismatic Conservation Service)? On many occasions these same cleaned (professionally conserved) coins find their way into regular NGC slabs with a numeric grade and no mention of this surface alteration. Isn&#039;t this unethical and unacceptable practices on the behalf of NGC? Why does the PNG continue to endorse NGC when NGC is the only grading company working with this conservation (coin doctoring) service?
