Asking for input indicated to me that the company wanted to serve its clients in the best possible way. I say this as a long-time admirer and patron of PCGS. I do think PCGS has a lot to offer in consistent grading and customer service; NGC, of course, is world-class in those categories as well. To me, they are a people-oriented company. It means a lot when the president of NGC posts a thread on the Collectors Society forum asking for input from the members rather than saying "This is how it's going to be!" PCGS customer service still ranks high in my book; but that may change with the culture. I too have been frustrated by PCGS and their snobbish attitude in much of their marketing and policy. Those of us who have to budget and save for our coin collections seem to be in the dust bin category at PCGS... so be it. "Let them eat cake" comes to mind.
