The United States Mint has announced the availability of three new America the Beautiful Quarters sets. The release dates for these collector sets have not yet been established, but customers may begin placing subscription orders starting on May 19, 2010.
The new sets will showcase the first five quarters of the new America the Beautiful Quarters Program. The five coins, which will also be issued for circulation, feature Hot Springs National Park in Arkansas, Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming, Yosemite National Park in California, Grand Canyon National Park in Arizona, and Mount Hood National Forest in Oregon.

The three new sets are the following:
America the Beautiful Quarters Three-Coin Set - This set will include one uncirculated coin from Philadelphia, one uncirculated coin from Denver, and one proof coin from San Francisco. A separate three coin set will be issued for each of the 2010 quarter releases. The offering price will be $13.95 per set.
America the Beautiful Quarters Uncirculated Coin Set - This set includes five uncirculated coins from the Philadelphia Mint and five uncirculated coins from the Denver Mint, representing each of the five 2010 quarter releases. The US Mint plans to issue subsequent sets annually including each year's quarters. The offering is priced at $21.95.
America the Beautiful Quarters Circulating Coin Set - This set includes five circulating quality coins from the Philadelphia Mint and five circulating quality coins from the Denver Mint, representing each of the 2010 quarter releases. Subsequent sets are planned, which will feature each year's quarters. The offering is priced at $9.95.
Prior to the announcement, the US Mint already had two different America the Beautiful Quarters sets on their product schedule. The 2010 America the Beautiful Quarters Proof Set, which contains the proof versions of the five coins for this year, was recently released on May 13, 2010. The 2010 America the Beautiful Quarters Silver Proof Set, which will contain 90% silver proof versions of coins, is scheduled for release on May 27, 2010.
